Main Features
1. The CNC planer-type milling and boring machine has two structures: the headstock type and the square ram type.
2. The headstock-type structure has two categories: with a fixed facing head and a detachable facing head.
3. HT300 is selected for all the major basic components.
4. It enables arbitrary four-axis linkage, and five-axis linkage is available when equipped with a rotary table.
5. The X, Y, Z and B axes adopt full closed-loop control with grating scales.
6. The linear guiderails with heavy-duty rollers are applied to the motion guiderails of X and Z axes, which can have strong cutting force.
7. A variety of functional accessories can be optionally configured to expand the machining range and improve the machining efficiency.
Note:
"B"type can equipped with removable facing head,and some other milling head etc.
"A" type means with a fixed facing head structure, this type can’t equipped with any other milling head.
